Rewards Mailer - Terms of Service
Please read the following Terms of
Service carefully. By using this web Site, you acknowledge that you
have read these Terms of Service and that you accept and will be bound
by the terms thereof, as they may be modified by Rewards Mailer from time
to time. When such a modification is made, we will post a revised
version of the Terms of Service on this website. Changes will be
effective when they are posted. Rewards Mailer is not required to provide
you with notification that any such change has been made. It is your
responsibility to review these Terms of Service from time to time to be
aware of any such change. Your continued use of the service will
indicate your agreement to any such change. We reserve the right to add
to, remove, change or terminate access to any of the content or
functions of the service without giving specific notice to you. If you
do not agree to the Terms of Service, you may not use this website.
You will receive hundreds,
sometimes thousands of member-to-member email per day. We HIGHLY
recommend you use a self-clearing email service, such as Gmail.com and
GoogleMail. Do not join our site if you do not agree to the above as it
is part of our TOS for your membership at Rewards Mailer.
AGE Limit
You agree that you are the age
of 18 or older.
Commissions
You agree to receive any earned
commissions through uphold, googlepay, zelle, venmo or coins, If you do
not have these you can still earn commissions and trade them
for
upgrades or advertising. CASH FOR CLICKING, Raffle, Cash for login, or
any prizes CAN ONLY BE USED FOR
UPGRADES OR ADVERTISING! . United
States members can
also opt for a hard check to be mailed to them for commissions.
COMMISSIONS CONSTITUTE EARNINGS FROM SALES FROM YOUR
REFERRALS.
In
order to get paid you MUST have a payment email in place or contact
admin about payout. Any Commissions that are more than 30 days old will
be
exchanged for advertising. This helps us keep our records and books in
order and everyone up to date.
Refunds
Once you pay for your
membership, if you would like a refund, simply submit a support ticket
stating that you would like a refund with your payment information
Within 7 Days of Payment. Your refund will be sent and your account
will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be
eligible for payment. By joining and paying for any paid portion of
Rewards Mailer, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page. If
ANY advertising has been used during the 7 Days you will not be
eligible for a refund.
Number of Members/account
& Ip - Number of & Use of Your Account
One Account/ IP and One
Member/account. Free Members are allowed to have 1 account. YOU must
click emails and view sites, banners, text or Full page Login ads to
earn points with the intention of displaying your own site/s, banners
or other ads to other members. You cannot have friends, family or
employees click emails, banners, etc for you. If you do not want to
click emails, banners etc, you can buy points (See Setup/Buy Ads).
Corporate IPs are not allowed for
sign ups. Using Software of any type to read mails or gain points is
strictly prohibited and your account will be suspended, all commissions
and prizes lost.
EMAILS
By joining Rewards Mailer, YOU
AGREE TO RECEIVE MEMBER REFERRAL EMAILS AND SOLO ADS FROM marty@rewardsmailer.com
or noreply@rewardsmailer.com. Please add these email addresses to your address book
and mark all emails from Rewards Mailer.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure
all members get verification emails as well as website updates,
commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account
issues, Rewards Mailer promotions or anything that Rewards Mailer needs to
relay to all members.
May I Sell Points - re-sell any
ads, points or the account itself?
You may not sell any Rewards Mailer
points that you have earned in any way. You may not re-sell any points
of yours, use of the mailer, banners, text, login ads or anything
included in your account in Rewards Mailer. You Are More than Welcome to
use Our Affiliate program. Make at least 25% on every upgrade.
No Autoresponders or Bounced
Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces
or sends back Rewards Mailer a message with an autoresponder, you risk
having your account deleted. Don't use Boxbe or other services blocking
emails. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is
deleted.
URL Rules
Before submitting a URL to
Rewards Mailer, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your
URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules,
your site will be deleted along with any points assigned to them, your
Rewards Mailer account may also be deleted.
*No sites with illegal activity.
*No frame-breaking sites.
*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.
*No adult content.
*Rotators may be promoted only
if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.
*No HYIPs or "investment
autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United
States.
*No PTP sites.
*No Gambling Sites
*Violate any law, statute,
ordinance or regulation.
*Relate to transactions
involving:
(a) narcotics, steroids, certain
controlled substances or other products that present a risk to consumer
safety, (b) drug paraphernalia, (c) cigarettes, (d) items that
encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal
activity, (e) stolen goods including digital and virtual goods, (f) the
promotion of hate, violence, racial intolerance or the financial
exploitation of a crime, (g) items that are considered obscene, (h)
items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of
publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right under the laws of
any jurisdiction, (i) certain sexually oriented materials or services
(j) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories, or
(k) certain weapons or knives regulated under applicable law.
*Relate to transactions that:
(a) show the personal
information of third parties in violation of applicable law, (b)
support pyramid or ponzi schemes, matrix programs, other "get rich
quick" schemes or certain multi-level marketing programs, (c) are
associated with purchases of annuities or lottery contracts, lay-away
systems, off-shore banking or transactions to finance or refinance
debts funded by a credit card, (d) are for the sale of certain items
before the seller has control or possession of the item, (e) are by
payment processors to collect payments on behalf of merchants, (f) are
associated with the sale of traveler's checks or money orders, (h)
involve currency exchanges or check cashing businesses, (i) involve
certain credit repair, debt settlement services, credit transactions or
insurance activities, or (k) involve offering or receiving payments for
the purpose of bribery or corruption.
*Involve the sales of products
or services identified by government agencies to have a high likelihood
of being fraudulent.
*Rewards Mailer has the full right to
delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

The copyright subsisting in all
information, text, material, graphics, software, advertisements and
other material on this website is owned by either Rewards Mailer, its
suppliers or licensors unless expressly indicated otherwise on the
website.
You must not modify, copy,
reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or

the website or expressly authorised by the owner of the copyright

Termination
Rewards Mailer may at any time
without notice immediately terminate this agreement and your use and
access to the website. In the event of termination, you are no longer
authorised to use or access the website, however, all restrictions
imposed on you and all Rewards Mailer disclaimers and limitations of
liability set out in the Terms of Service survive the termination.
Governing law
If any provision of this agreement

agreement will remain otherwise in full force apart from that provision
which will be deemed deleted.
By registering for Rewards Mailer you
agree that you have read these

Unless you received prior
permission from Rewards Mailer, you may only
register for one Rewards Mailer account.
You may not promote Rewards Mailer in
a way that could be considered
spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other
promotional
material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow
it.
Promoting Rewards Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming will
result in removal of your Rewards Mailer account and possible legal action.
Users are completely responsible
for the content they promote using
Rewards Mailer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to
promote a URL, and any content it contains. Rewards Mailer is not
responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement,
copyright
infringement, or any other issues.
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS
ON WHICH Rewards Mailer OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.
This User Agreement ("Agreement")
is a contract between you and Rewards Mailer and applies to your use of the
Rewards Mailer services and any related products available through
Rewards Mailer. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions
of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.
In brief, you are NOT allowed to:
- Use robot/auto surf software of
any kind.
- Promote Immoral, Illegal, or
Illicit websites.
- Promote Adult, Hate, Racist or
any kind of material that will cause offence.
- Any language other than English
as the predominant language (minor use of a foreign language is
permitted but should not represent more than 10% of the total page).
- Use an auto-responder email
that automatically answers your email such as SpamArrest, Spamcop,
Mailblocks, etc. Be aware some of these services send spam in your name
and can cause your email account to be shut down by your ISP!
- Use an email address that
prohibits the receipt of emails from Rewards Mailer for any reason.
- Send unsolicited email
attempting to promote Rewards Mailer
- Refuse delivery of, or fail to
read mail from Rewards Mailer's
* Any Form of cheating will result
in account suspension and loss of all earnings - This applies to
UPGRADED & FREE Members - Cheat & you lose all!
If you do, your account will be
suspended and any points will be lost. We will not pay any outstanding
commissions and will attempt to recover any that have been paid. Any
monies already paid that are not returned will be considered as theft
and where possible we will recover them.
The Rewards Mailer Service:
Rewards Mailer is a service provided
to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any and all purchased are
nonrefundable. Rewards Mailer cannot be held responsible credits
incorrectly used. All affiliate earnings are subject to investigation
before payment. No commissions are earned from sales within a home or
family setting or any sales made from the same IP address.
You acknowledge Rewards Mailer is NOT
an MLM, Pyramid Scheme, or Get-Rich-Quick program. We do not require
you to pay any fees ever to join and participate in our site. We do not
require you to have a website or sell any product to use our service.
We do not require you to refer anyone to our site to use our service.
You will not get rich by using our program. We are an internet
advertising program. Moreover, we do not allow any member who promotes
or advertises Pyramid Schemes, Get-Rick-Quick Schemes, or any other
Ponzi-related activity in our site.
By continuing to use this site you
are bound by this agreement and you agree that you will keep all
information provided by this site confidential. You are not allowed to
copy or comment or take any action that may devalue the sites service
and accept any damages or costs thereof such breach including any agent
or company that you may be associated with.
The user agrees not to operate
hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by
Rewards Mailer for the benefit of all it's users.
When an account is set-up, the
user agrees to provide current and accurate information. And agrees
that, that information can be used for Rewards Mailer to make contact with
the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account
being closed.
Information given in registration
will not be sold or given to any third party without the user's written
permission unless required to by law. Users agree not to collect or
harvest any users information that may be on our internet servers.
Rewards Mailer makes no claim as to
when visits will be received by the user.
Rewards Mailer can not be held
responsible for the third party hit trackers that may not record hits
accurately. Rewards Mailer statistics are final. Hits are views and are not
viewers/visitors. Some sites may be shown multiple times to users.
While Rewards Mailer may take measures
to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges that any
content found on our servers may not be controlled by Rewards Mailer, and
Rewards Mailer can not be held accountable for it. However, the user agrees
not to use Rewards Mailer to promote or advertise any of the following
material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content,
Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other
material that may be offensive or unethical.
Users will conduct themselves in
an appropriate manner and will not manipulate any of the sites to gain
point or access to unauthorised areas. Also, Rewards Mailerdoes not allow
the use of auto-surf software/hardware (etc.) to gain points. Anyone
caught using or distributing it will have their account terminated.
The user agrees not to hold
Rewards Mailer responsible for any content, links, advertisements, site
malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm
mentally, physically or to property.
You agree that Rewards Mailer in its
sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part
thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content
within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for
lack of use or if Rewards Mailer believes that you have violated or acted
inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. Rewards Mailer
may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing
the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
You agree that any termination of
your access to the Service under any provision of this agreement may be
effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that
Rewards Mailer may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all
related information and files in your account and/or bar any further
access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that Rewards Mailer
shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of
your access to the Service.
Dealings with advertisers are done
at your own risk and Rewards Mailer can not be held liable for any
advertisers actions.
You agree to maintain a valid
email address and your account is only activated once you have verified
your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing
so you are bound to accept email from Rewards Mailer.com and its associated
Servers which will include system messages and marketing information.
This is an opt-in service and you can choose to receive emails or not
by editing your profile. Any user threatening or reporting Rewards Mailer
for sending 'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be
invoiced for all services they have received to that point and
immediate payment will be expected. Furthermore, all legal costs and
compensation will be sought through the courts for any loss of time or
reputation.
Rewards Mailer is an honest marketing
business supported by appropriate privacy statements, terms and
conditions, user agreements, business practices and an excellent
reputation in the trade that it will protect through all means
available. This benefits you, your business and the online promotion
and marketing businesses in general.
When
visiting other members of Rewards Mailer you will treat their sites with
the same respect and devotion as you would wish on your own. You will
obey all other guidelines and rules set out by Admin. Rules and
guidelines are subject to change at any time. When and if such changes
are made you will be notified in a timely manner Due to the nature of
the business and the intangible aspect of the services all Sales are
final and no refunds shall ever be given, with the exception of failure
to deliver promised points or defined service.
Site and Service Updates
We may send the user site and
service announcement updates. We communicate with the users to provide
requested services and in regards to issues relating to their accounts
via email.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our
Privacy Policy we will notify users by way of an
email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their
information in this different manner.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT CHEATING YOUR
ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED, ALL MONIES FORFEITED AND NO REFUNDS!
All policies, rules and
regulations are the final decision of Rewards Mailer. We reserve the right

All members agree that they will not hold Rewards Mailer liable for any
items or policies within this program.
